AI on the Fly – Refund Policy

    Thank you for being part of AI on the Fly. We want every subscriber to feel confident in their purchase, and we aim to be fair and clear with all billing and refund requests. This policy explains how refunds work for our subscriptions and any one-time purchases.

    1. Subscription Payments

    AI on the Fly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly). Your renewal date appears in your Stripe receipt and inside your account.

    Because access to lessons and tools begins immediately, subscription payments are generally non-refundable. However, we will issue a refund if:

    • You were charged after canceling before your renewal date
    • You were charged due to a technical issue on our side
    • You were charged for the wrong plan or duplicate plans

    If you believe an error occurred, contact us within 7 days of the charge.

    2. Cancellation Policy

    You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

    • You keep access until the end of your current billing period
    • Your subscription will not renew
    • You will not receive a partial refund for unused days

    All cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle.

    3. Annual Plans

    Annual subscriptions are billed upfront at a discounted rate. Because of the discount, annual payments are non-refundable unless one of the following applies:

    • You report an accidental purchase within 7 days
    • There was a billing or technical error

    4. One-Time Purchases (if applicable)

    If AI on the Fly offers downloadable products or one-time digital purchases, these are non-refundable once delivered unless the file is defective or inaccessible.

    5. Chargebacks

    If there is ever a billing issue, please reach out to us first. Filing a chargeback without contacting support may delay or limit refund eligibility.
